Algemene voorwaarden

 

1. DELIVERY TIME

1.1. PENINSULAR ORDERS

Shipments take approximately between 1 and 3 business days.

1.2. ORDERS OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA

For orders outside the peninsula, shipments take approximately between 3 and 5 days.


*EVERTIA will deliver orders to the courier service within a maximum of 24 hours, once the payment is confirmed by the Customer.


2. PAYMENT METHOD

The payment methods accepted by EVERTIA are:

• POS (Point of Sale)

• PayPal

• AmazonPay

• Bank Transfer

• Cash on Delivery


3. SHIPPING COSTS

- Peninsular: Free. Delivery in 1-3 days.

- Balearic Islands: Free. Delivery in 3-4 days.

- Canary Islands and European Union countries may have additional charges, Delivery in 3-5 days.

- Express: 1.5€. Delivery in 24 hours.

3.1. CONDITIONS

•  Shipments are made by courier service.

• Shipping costs include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other tax, fee, tariff, or surcharge.

•  Delivery means the delivery of the items to the customer's address specified during the order process, with delivery areas limited as mentioned above.

• We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.

 

4. RETURNS

4.1. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE

• You can return your order within 14 natural days from the day you receive it. To do so, we only ask that you send us an email to info@evertia.eu, indicating the necessary information to locate the purchase and arrange for its collection. On our part, as soon as we receive your communication, we will confirm the receipt of your request via email and organize the collection of the product. It is important that you make sure to protect the product sufficiently so that it arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• You can drop off the package at the nearest post office to your home. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the order amount minus the return shipping costs:

Return 1 Package: Less than 10kg .... 4.95€ VAT included

Additional Package Surcharge: Each additional package .... 4.95€ VAT included

Kg Surcharge: Every extra 10 kg per package .... 4.95€ VAT included

If the shipping of the purchase was not free (premium shipping, Canary Islands, international), the shipping costs will not be refunded.

• We will send you an email within a maximum of 7 natural days to confirm that we have refunded your money. The refund will be made to the same bank account and by the same payment method you used in your purchase.


4.1. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the return is due to reasons attributable to EVERTIA (defective product or one that does not match the purchased reference), EVERTIA will be responsible for collecting the products and/or replacing them with the correct ones, assuming the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. Important notice: in case of receiving a defective product, it must be reported as soon as possible.

 

4.2. ATTENTION

This right of return cannot be accepted if the returned products are not in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manuals...), and in perfect condition (without dents, scratches, with remnants of plaster, paint...)

 

5. WARRANTIES

• Conformity of products with the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the products are considered to be in conformity with these General Conditions as long as they meet all the requirements specified in current regulations, except if, due to the circumstances of the case, some of them do not apply.

• There will be no liability for lack of conformity that the User knew or could not have ignored at the time of entering into the contract. Possible deficiencies caused by normal use or wear and tear of the products or those caused by misuse or abuse will not be included.

• Warranty Periods. EVERTIA is responsible for lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two (2) years from delivery, in accordance with the different conditions stipulated by current law. Unless proven otherwise, delivery will be considered as made on the day indicated on the corresponding invoice. If this date is later, the User must inform EVERTIA of the lack of conformity within two (2) months from the date when it became aware of it.

This warranty only covers products used for their intended purposes or "normal use" defined as follows:

- Operating conditions are consistent with the information reflected in the Products and their packaging.

- The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range of -20 ºC to +35 ºC

• The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by external elements, such as lightning, hail, strong winds, etc.

 


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Innova Solar Group 2020 S.L. reserves the right to interrupt access to the Portal, as well as the provision of any or all of the Services provided through it, at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, power supply failures, or any other reason.

• Innova Solar Group 2020 S.L.,shall not be liable in the event of interruptions in the Services, delays, malfunctions, and, in general, other inconveniences that arise from causes beyond the control of Innova Solar Group 2020 S.L.,and/or due to intentional or negligent acts of the user and/or originating from Force Majeure.

• Innova Solar Group 2020 S.L.,shall not be responsible for the installation of products purchased by its customers and any potential damages they may cause.

 

 

7. TAXES

Prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other tax, fee, tariff, or surcharge.


8. PRICES

The products will be sold at the price indicated, with the price valid at the time of order confirmation by the customer.


9. VALIDITY

EVERTIA reserves the right to modify prices, items, offers, and other commercial conditions without prior notice.


10. COPYRIGHT

All illustrations, store name, and store photos are protected by intellectual property law. Any misuse can be pursued legally.


11. DATA PROTECTION

For the execution and monitoring of purchases or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, you must register your personal data and choose a password for access to restricted areas that require prior identification. This will avoid having to fill it out in the future. When you register on our server or place an order, your personal and address data, as well as the transactions made and in progress, are added to our database and used only to process the order and track it. If you have given your express consent, and as long as you do not revoke it, they will also be used to send information about offers and services that may be of interest to you. At any time, you can modify your customer registration data (change of address, phone, etc.) or request a password reminder if you have forgotten it.

We also inform you that, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and other current legislation on data protection, the personal data contained in this form will be incorporated into a file owned by EVERTIA for the purpose of processing customer information requests, suggestions, and complaints for their management and resolution. The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, and cancellation by contacting EVERTIA Attn: Data Protection, Sant Antoni Street, 1 - Salt, or through our email address: info@eledco.es, in accordance with legally established terms, and may request information.
